This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we ask guests to respect the neighbors. • Maximum occupancy must be respected. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Security cameras: For safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas. • Pool use: Guests use the pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. • Smoking: No smoking inside the home.
